We offer a comprehensive and competitive benefits package to meet the needs of our employees. Our current employee benefits include:
We offer CareFirst HMO and CareFirst PPO which includes prescription and vision benefits for employees and their families. The plan has low copayment amounts for in-network physicians and a wide selection of specialists.
We offer Delta Dental, with a choice of a DHMO or PPO/indemnity plan, which allows participants to visit the dentist of their choice.
We provide a $50,000 Life Insurance policy, paid by the Company, for all regular full time employees.
Short Term & Long Term Disability Insurance
All full-time employees are covered by a disability policy. In cases of injury or illness, where the employee is unable to perform the duties of their job, the disability provides employers 60% of weekly wages. The terms of the group policy are described in the insurance company benefits booklet which is given to each new employee.
Flexible Spending Accounts
This benefit allows employees to reduce taxable income and realize tax savings by using pre-tax dollars for out of pocket medical or dependent care expenses. The plan features a claim debit card and easy online account access.
We offer employees the opportunity to participate in a retirement plan administered through ADP. After 90 days of service, employees may begin making pre-tax contributions to the plan. The Company provides a match on the money that the employee saves at a rate of 100% for the first 2% of contributions and 50% for contributions between 3% and 6% of the employee’s earnings. The plan has an automatic enrollment provision to ensure increased employee participation.
Vacation leave accrues at a rate of 10 days per year through the fourth year of employment, 15 days for 5-10 years and 20 days after 11 years of employment. Part time employees accrue vacation at half the full time accrual rate.
Sick leave accrues at a rate of 6 days per year for all regular, full time employees. Part time employees accrue 3 days of sick leave per year.

A housing discount is available to residential field personnel who live at the residential property where they work. Discounts vary depending on job title.
On-Site Fitness Center
Residential personnel have unlimited free access to the fitness center at the property where they work. Corporate employees have access to a gym at the corporate office; it’s free of charge and includes locker rooms with showers, cardio equipment, weight machines, and free weights.
Discount on Corporate Logo Clothing
Employees receive 50% off of Company logo clothing purchased from the Lands End Catalog on a semi-annual basis.
The benefit plan described above reflects our current benefit offering. The company contributes a large share of the cost of benefits for employees and their dependents. The company reserves the right to modify, or discontinue benefits at any time by providing written documentation of changes to employees. Specific details of each benefit program offered are contained in the official insurance booklet and summary plan description which are provided to all eligible employees at the time of hire.
