Maintenance Tech - Fairfax

We are seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician for our residential property in Fairfax, VA.

Responsible for the maintenance and general upkeep of occupied and vacant apartment homes, property common areas, buildings and equipment. Perform apartment turnovers. Maintain HVAC systems within the community. Maintenance skills such as plumbing, electric and/or construction are highly desirable.

Requirements include:

Three years related maintenance experience in residential property management or as a contractor
HVAC license and CFC Certificate and HVAC repair experience required
Must be able to lift 50+ pounds
