Regional Leasing Consultant

A.J. Dwoskin & Associates Inc., is seeking a full-time Regional Leasing Consultant for our apartment communities, which are located in Woodbridge, Falls Church, Alexandria, Herndon and Fairfax Virginia.

 

We are looking for a professional individual with a leasing background to provide support to all of our communities in the role of Leasing Consultant.

 

Leasing Consultants are responsible for all aspects of leasing, resident retention and renewal processes. We are searching for outgoing personalities who enjoy the sales process: greet clients, build rapport, ask questions to identify needs, describe features and benefits, overcome objections, close the sale and follow-up with clients. Candidates must be team oriented and enjoy working at different locations.

 

Preferred candidates must be a college graduate, and have at least one year of leasing experience. Requirements include excellent verbal and written communication skills and computer literacy in MS Office. In addition must be flexible, organized and detailed oriented. Must be able to work some weekends and have a drivers license and reliable transportation to access all our northern Virginia Properties.
