Property Manager

A.J. Dwoskin & Associates, Inc., is seeking an experienced residential property management professional with the ability to take charge and direct all the activities of our community in Herndon, VA.

As a Property Manager you will be responsible for:

• Managing the leasing and maintenance staff to ensure maximum productivity and efficiency
• Upholding high levels of customer service with potential and existing residents
• Marketing your property
• Developing and adhering to established budgets
• Preparing daily, weekly and monthly management reports
• Increasing profits

Our ideal candidate is someone who has:

• Experience as a Residential Property Manager
• Bachelor’s degree
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated experience in financial management
• Organizational skills and detail orientation
• Strong computer skills including MS Office suite; Jenark a plus
