Leaseholder Application - To be completed by the future resident(s) who will be responsible for the home.
Occupant Application - To be completed by any occupant aged 18 and over.
Guarantor Application - To be completed by any non-resident(s) who will be responsible for the home.
Corporate Application - To be completed if the lease will be in the name of a corporation.
