| 401(k) Plan |
A.J. Dwoskin & Associates, Inc. offers its employees the opportunity to participate in a retirement plan administered through Mass Mutual. After six months of service, employees working at least 1,000 hours per year may begin making pre-tax contributions to the plan effective the first day of the month following six months of employment. Upon completion of six months service, the company will begin making a contribution of 1% of employee earnings to the plan. In addition, the company will match the first 6% of pay that employees save at a rate of $.50 for each $1.00 saved. |
| Vacation |
10 days per year through the fifth year of employment. 15 days for 6-10 years of employment and 20 days after 11 years of service. |
| Sick Leave |
Sick leave accrues at 3.70 hours per month for a total of 6 days per year for all regular, full-time employees. Part time employees working 20 hours or more earn 3 days of sick leave. |

| Tuition Reimbursement |
Dwoskin shall reimburse eligible employees for the lesser of up to $3,000 or four courses per calendar year for costs related to tuition, books, and certain fees for approved job related or degree-oriented course work. |
