Leasing Consultant – Stuart Woods
We are currently seeking a full-time Leasing Consultant for our apartment community in Herndon , Virginia .
Leasing Consultants are responsible for all aspects of leasing, resident retention and renewal processes. We are searching for outgoing personalities who enjoy the sales process: greet clients, build rapport, ask questions to identify needs, describe features and benefits, overcome objections, close the sale and follow-up with clients.
The ideal candidate is an organized and detailed oriented person. The position involves running credit reports, preparing lease contracts, walking the property to maintain good curb appeal, and inspecting vacant apartments to ensure market readiness.
Requirements include:
- At least one year of leasing, customer service, or sales experience.
- Dependable, organized and extremely detail oriented.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to provide outstanding customer service.
- Strong computer skills including MS Office
- College degree preferred
- Bilingual a plus
