Leasing Consultant
We are currently seeking a full-time Leasing Consultant for our apartment community Tyson's Glen in Falls Church, Virginia.
Leasing Consultants are responsible for all aspects of leasing, resident retention and renewal processes. We are searching for outgoing personalities who enjoy the sales process: greet clients, build rapport, ask questions to identify needs, describe features and benefits, overcome objections, close the sale and follow-up with clients. The ideal candidate is an organized and detailed oriented person. The position involves running credit reports, preparing lease contracts, walking the property to maintain good curb appeal, and inspecting vacant apartments to ensure market readiness.
- Position requires extensive public contact, excellent communication, customer service, sales skills and ability to multi-task.
- Candidate must be willing to work some weekends.
- 2-4 years sales/customer service and computer experience a must,
- Bilingual a plus
- Knowledge of leasing and a college degree preferred
- Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license for this position.

$12.25-$14.40 per hour + commissions.
