| The Apartment and Office Building Association held its 6th Annual Apartment Community Excellence Award ceremony on Saturday, October 26 in Washington, DC. The AACE award signifies an "acknowledgement of excellence within the apartment industry in Metropolitan Washington." We are extremely proud to announce that three A.J. Dwoskin communities won the prestigious AOBA Apartment Community Excellence awards and that Nicole Kelly, Senior Leasing Consultant at Rose Hill of Alexandria, was singled out as Leasing Professional of the Year for Fairfax County.
