| The Apartment and Office Building Association held its 7th Annual Apartment Community Excellence Award ceremony on Saturday, October 25th in Washington, DC. The AOBA ACE award recognizes "excellence in apartment community marketing, maintenance and management in the Metropolitan Washington, DC area." We are extremely proud to announce that five A.J.
