5th Annual Resident Appreciation Week
Each year, team members at the apartment and townhome communities set aside an entire week to shower residents with extra special attention. Resident Appreciation Week was held May 13th through May 19th with a full week of events. At the “Drive Thru Breakfast”, residents picked up a goodie bag of breakfast treats as they left for work in the morning. In addition, residents came home to a surprise delivery of a special gift delivered straight to their door. The team also sent a personalized note of appreciation to each resident and to make the sweet words even sweeter, they included candy along with the note.
Some communities went above and beyond to show their residents how much they are appreciated. Tysons Glen and Devonshire Square showed their residents how sweet they are with an ice cream party. Stuart Woods was egg-static to celebrate Resident Appreciation Week at their catered Sunday brunch with made to order omelets. Gainsborough Court , Copperfield Square and Churchill Mews held a raffle for a $100 gift card. Bren Mar residents were treated to a car wash. Rose Hill of Alexandria even held a trash pick up day, when all 445 residents left a trash bag on their doorstep and the team carried it to the dumpster for them. Now that's service!
