Stuart Woods Apartments Participates in National Night Out
On August 1st, neighbors and police nationwide joined together to celebrate the annual National Night Out. The purpose of the program is to strengthen neighborhood spirit and promote police-community partnerships by gathering together citizens, law enforcement agencies, civic groups, businesses, neighborhood organizations and local officials. Stuart Woods hosted a NNO celebration for community residents with a cookout of hot dogs and hamburgers. Children enjoyed playing on the moon bounce, and even the Police Chief tested his aim at the dunk tank. This year's event was so popular, Stuart Woods was even featured in a local Herndon community cable television show!
