4th Annual Resident Appreciation Week
Resident Appreciation Week is an annual event when the employees at the
apartment and townhome communities set aside a week to show our residents
just how important they are to us. Resident Appreciation Week was held
May 14th through May 20th with an entire week chock full of events. Employees
held a "Drive Thru Breakfast" and treated residents to a goodie bag of juice,
fruit and muffins while exiting the community on their way to work in the morning.
Residents at our communities also received a note of appreciation signed by
the entire team... and to make the sweet words even sweeter, they included some
candy along with the note. There was also a surprise delivery with a special
gift delivered straight to each resident's door. Some communities went above and
beyond to show their residents how much they are appreciated – Tysons Glen even
held a trash pick up day, when all 427 residents left a trash bag on their
doorstep and the team carried it to the dumpster for them. Now that's service!
