A.J. Dwoskin Receives National Recognition from Satisfied Residents
and Satisfacts! – October 2008 and 2009

We are excited to announce A.J. Dwoskin & Associates received the National Resident Satisfaction Award two years consecutively!!

 

Every year, A.J. Dwoskin & Associates participates in “Resident Appreciation Week” with activities geared solely to our dedicated and even our new residents. Events include a Resident Appreciation Week breakfast or brunch, free trash removal, special events such as massages or personal training, social activities, and a special gift that is delivered to the residents’ door during the week.

 

The residential portfolio of A.J. Dwoskin was selected upon the top 10 Property Management Communities of the year, with scores ranking in the “superior” range. Resident Retention is very important right now, especially with the challenged economy. It's really vital that we do everything we can to keep the residents we have, and keep them happy. The guidelines to qualify were as follows:

 

Award is based on apartment homes surveyed (not portfolio size) during the calendar year, AND

  • Portfolio surveyed during the year must include at least 5 properties to qualify
  • If less than 5,000 apartments surveyed, apartment homes surveyed must be more than 50% of the total portfolio
  • Pilot programs do not qualify
  • To win any portfolio award in any size category, the score must be at least 3.85
