  • Upon Landlord's written approval of the sign drawing, Tenant MUST submit the drawing to Fairfax County for approval prior to the fabrication and installation of its sign. Tenant MUST provide Landlord a copy of its sign permit prior to the installation of its signs.
  • Signs MUST be fabricated and installed in accordance with the approved drawings. Landlord reserves the right to remove any sign at Tenant's cost if the sign does not adhere to these specifications and is not in conformance with approved drawings. A violation of these provisions may cause the Tenant to be in default of its lease.

  • All signs will be illuminated at dusk and remain lit during twilight hours, regardless of Tenant hours of operation. For this reason we suggest that you put all storefront signage on a time clock for automatic operation.
