We offer CareFirst HMO and CareFirst PPO which includes prescription and vision benefits for employees and their families. The plan has low copayment amounts for in-network physicians and a wide selection of specialists.
We offer Delta Dental, with a choice of a DHMO or PPO/indemnity plan, which allows participants to visit the dentist of their choice.
We provide a $50,000 Life Insurance policy, paid by the Company, for all regular full-time employees.
Paid Time Off (PTO) is accrued on a per pay period basis. Accrual amounts vary based on longevity at the company and increase as certain anniversary milestones are achieved. Standard hourly accruals for new full-time employees equal 16 days of Paid Time Off per calendar year.
This benefit allows employees to reduce taxable income and realize tax savings by using pre-tax dollars for out of pocket medical or dependent care expenses. The plan features a claim debit card and easy online account access.
All full-time employees are covered by a disability policy. In cases of injury or illness, where the employee is unable to perform the duties of their job, the disability provides employees 60% of weekly wages.
A housing discount is available to residential field personnel who live at the residential property where they work and to other select positions that service mainly the residential portfolio.
We offer employees the opportunity to participate in a retirement plan administered through ADP. After 90 days of service, employees may begin making pre-tax contributions to the plan. The Company provides a match on the money that the employee saves at a rate of 100% for the first 2% of contributions and 50% for contributions between 3% and 6% of the employee’s earnings. The plan has an automatic enrollment provision to ensure increased employee participation.
