Company Profile
A.J. Dwoskin & Associates, Inc. was founded by Albert J. Dwoskin in 1967. The company is a fully integrated real estate firm with acquisition, construction, property management, leasing and asset management capabilities. Mr. Dwoskin has been the President and Chief Executive Officer of the company since its organization and is still active in day-to-day operations.
The company is comprised of a central corporate office that is located in Fairfax, VA with property sites scattered throughout the Northern Virginia area. A.J. Dwoskin & Associates has a diverse mix of a little over 100 employees.
The portfolio is comprised of a mix of residential and commercial real estate. There are over 1,800 apartment and townhome units totaling 11 multifamily entities. Together, they make up 6 residential community locations spanning from Herndon, VA to Woodbridge, VA. The commercial portfolio contains 1.4 million square feet of retail and office space for lease. We also own and operate 4 mobile home parks in the Northern Virginia area.
Over the last 50 years, we have earned our prized reputation as being an industry leader in the property management industry. As a team, we strive to go above and beyond for our customers and stakeholders.
Incorporating green initiatives has been a strong focus for us. Our corporate office is located in a building certified LEED Gold by the U.S. Green Building Council. We are also actively integrating sustainable practices into our residential and commercial properties. We use all natural pesticides and herbicides in our landscaping. The residential properties recently launched a Go-Green move-in gift initiative where new residents receive earth-friendly household items as a part of their welcome gift to the communities.
