Dwoskin & Associates, Inc. manages 28 apartment, townhome, mobile home, and commercial properties throughout Arlington, Fairfax, Fauquier, and Prince William Counties in Northern Virginia. Health Insurance
We offer UnitedHealthcare Choice and Choice Plus health plans which include prescription coverage along with a separate vision plan for employees and their families. In addition, a Drug Discount card is available for greater savings. The plans have low co-payment.
Dental Insurance
We offer UnitedHealthcare dental insurance (in network and out-of-network options) with the option to choose Orthodontics coverage.
Life Insurance
We provide a $50,000 Life Insurance policy, paid by the Company, for all regular full-time employees.
Paid Time Off
Paid Time Off (PTO) is accrued on a per pay period basis. Accrual amounts vary based on longevity at the company and increase as certain anniversary milestones are achieved. Standard hourly accruals for new full-time employees equal 16 days of Paid Time Off per calendar year.
Flexible Spending Accounts
This benefit allows employees to reduce taxable income and realize tax savings by using pre-tax dollars for out of pocket medical or dependent care expenses. The plan features a claim debit card and easy online account access.
Short & Long Term Disability
All full-time employees are covered by a disability policy. In cases of injury or illness, where the employee is unable to perform the duties of their job, the disability provides employees 60% of weekly wages.
Housing Discount
A housing discount is available to residential field personnel who live at the residential property where they work and to other select positions that service mainly the residential portfolio.
401(k) Plan
We offer employees the opportunity to participate in a retirement plan administered through ADP. After 90 days of service, employees may begin making pre-tax contributions to the plan. The Company provides a match on the money that the employee saves at a rate of 100% for the first 3% of contributions and 50% for contributions between 4% and 6% of the employee’s earnings.

Volunteer Days
We give back to our communities. Receive up to 2 paid volunteer days per year. We volunteer as a company one day per year to a charity or organization of the employer’s choice. Employees also have the opportunity to volunteer at an organization of their choice for one day.
Clothing Discount
Employees receive a 50% off discount for A.J. Dwoskin & Associates, Inc. or Property logo clothing purchased from the Lands End Catalog on a semi-annual basis.
Tuition Reimbursement

Paid Training
